For Days 6, 7 and 8I've been away for Memorial Day.
In retrospect I should have started this juice fast after Memorial Day but it never really came into my mind that the holiday was coming up and that I'd be traveling. Being away for the holiday I wasn't near my juicer so, needless to say, I went off the juice fast for Saturday and Sunday but maintained a vegan diet.
I'm now back on the juice fast and want to stay with it a while longer. I weighed in this morning and was 292, from juicing I would like to end up around 280 to 285. I would feel like the plateau was broken and I'd feel like I could go on from there.
Today I woke up and had a vegan protein shake and later in the morning had an awesome orange juice made from:
3 small oranges
1/2 a lemon
1 red apple
Awesome flavor and energized me for the rest of the day.
Mid Afternoon my wife made her home made V8 Juice for us which consists of:
Squash (Acorn), Radish, Purple Cauliflower, Celery, Red Bell Pepper, Spinach, Lemon, Garlic, and Tomato.
Home Made V8 Juice
This should get me back on track.
